All positions require a background check and drug test. Under Ohio Law, certain public contracts prohibit Black & White Transportation from hiring individuals with disqualifying offenses on their criminal record. See OAC 173-9-07.1 for a list of disqualifying offenses and exclusions.

Sedan Drivers
Part-time positions are available to those interested in providing luxury sedan transportation for customers who want a ride to the airport, important events such as weddings, or for an elegant night out on the town.
Paratransit Drivers
Full-time and part-time paratransit drivers are trained to safely transport passengers in wheelchairs to their destinations, including doctor's appointments, dialysis centers and shopping.
Independent Contract Drivers
The vehicles that operate under our logo are run by independent owners. Some owners drive their own car while others hire drivers. Whether you want to own your car or simply drive for an owner, we can help.
Communications Division
We offer both full-time and part-time positions in our Communications Division. Positions include customer service representatives who answer phones and book trips for our customers, and dispatchers who interact with drivers to preserve the smooth flow of timely arrivals of our vehicles.
